1. Website Use & License

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and view website content solely for your internal business informational purposes. You agree not to copy, scrape, modify, or re-distribute website branding, interactive tools, or software components without explicit written permission.

2. Proprietary Ownership, Digital Asset Protection & Term-Limited License

All products, web engines, interactive calculators, software architectures, UI components, graphics, logos, and digital assets developed or hosted by Seismic Rave Media are the exclusive proprietary property of Seismic Rave Media. Clients are granted a limited, revocable license to utilize deliverables during active contractual service terms only. Digital assets and proprietary software are strictly protected against unauthorized copying, scraping, decompilation, reverse engineering, or unauthorized migration prior to authorized end-of-term release.

3. User Submissions & Form Enquiries

Any information submitted through our audit requests, contact forms, or strategy booking applications must be accurate. Submitting spam, malicious payloads, or automated bot inquiries is strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimer & External Links

Website content is provided "as is" for general marketing and informational purposes. Third-party links or client case study links are provided for reference; we do not control third-party site contents.

5. Website Development Revisions & Hourly Rates

All website design, development, and hosting services provided by Seismic Rave Media strictly include a maximum of two (2) rounds of website revisions prior to official website launch, and one (1) routine revision per calendar month post-launch under active hosting and maintenance retainers. Any additional revisions, custom feature requests, or out-of-scope structural edits beyond these included limits require an approved Change Order billed at our standard rate of $195 per hour (payable in advance).
